cuvintele noastre nubile.

THEY USED TO  LOVE EACH OTHER OUR WORDS

They used to love each other our words.
At a sacred distance one from another,
tensely, quietly they used to watch each other.
A step, another step,
a ritual dance
over the bridge of knitted nerves.
They touched each other by eyes
in a frenetic, immaculate conception,
the spark flashed.
From silence, from fear,
from tension,
from the swinging of the stamens,
from the passage of the clouds,
from the salt scent of the sea,
our words was feeding.

And sometimes it was a tenderness.

Like two foals romping
on the shore of the sea,
and stoping suddenly
of the chase and playing, stick,
putting their head on the neck of each other,
and have behind them the white and calcinated field,
and in front of their innocent eyes, Thalassa,
so they stood, tenderly intertwined,
in the steam of their breath,
at the seashore,
in the putrid scent of seaweeds and dead fish,
our nubile words.
