Doar un pas ne desparte.
Nu ştiu dacă pasul absent
e al meu

ca să rămînem atît de departe

IL PASSO ASSENTE

Soltanto un passo ci separa.
Non so se il passo assente
sia il mio
o il tuo.
Tu stai su una sua riva
io sull'altro
e tra di noi sta scorrendo la notte.
Per giungere cosi vicini
per rimanere cosi lontani
soltanto un passo ci separa
e tra di noi sta scorrendo continuamente la notte
attraverso il passo assente.
