SOLITARUL OBIECT COSMIC I

IL SOLITARIO OGETTO COSMICO I

Tutto era trovato,cercavo in vano.

THE SOLITARY COSMIC OBJECT I

Everything was found,I was searching in vain.
The seed of nobody can stay out of him.
Except the pain,it is no changing.

The scissors of the leaf that is falling and cuts the air
cuts in the cloth of the sky clothes for the dew.

As if a carriage would pass through the curtains
towards a gum tower.

NORUL E SÎNGELE MEU

se-aude seceta cum ciuruie

se-aud lucrurile cum strigă

se-aude strigătul cum tace

tace şi moare

încotro nu e noapte?

sunt trist şi surd

LA NUVOLA E IL MIO SANGUE

si sente la siccita stacciare

si sentono le cose gridare

si sente il grido tacere

tacere e morire

dove non c'e notte?

sono triste e sordo

THE CLOUD IS MY BLOOD

it is heard the drought piercing

it is heard the things calling

it is heard the call keeping silent

keeping silent and dying

in which place isn't night?

I am sad and deaf

***

pînă la ziuă
pînă la noapte
şi la noapte
la noaptea cea mare
mă vor căuta
în adîncul mării
în lumina întunericului
şi-am să fiu nisip
şi n-am s-aud
în intunericul meu de lumină

***

finche il  giorno verra
finche la notte calera
e  finche la notte ancora calera
la gran notte
mi cercherano
nel profondo del mare
nella luce del buio
e saro sabbia
e non sentiro
nel mio buio di luce

***

till the day will come
till the night will fall
and till the night will fall again
the long night
they will search for me
in the depth of the sea
in the light of the dark
and I shall be sand
and I shall not hear
in my dark of light

PORTRET

stau lîngă mine -

mă uit la necunoscutul din dreapta
la necunoscutul din stînga
toți trei ne uităm unul la altul
apoi unul se scoală
pleacă
și banca rămîne goală
ca pălăria de pe geam
ca un vas de argint
somnoros
din care picură vin,
ca tîmpla de pe umerii tăi
fără umbră puțin...

RITRATTO

sto accanto a me -

guardo lo sconosciuto alla destra
lo sconosciuto alla sinistra
tutti e tre guardiamo l'un l'altro
poi uno si alza
se ne va
e il banco resta vuoto
come il cappello alla finestra
come un vaso d'argento
assonnato
dal quale sgocciola vino
come la tempia sulle tue spalle
priva d'ombra un po'...

PORTRAIT

I stay near myself -

I look to the stranger at right side
to the stranger at left side
all three of us look to each other
then one of us stands up
goes away
and the bench remains empty
like the hat at the window
like a silver vessel
sleepy
from which drops wine,
like the templet on your shoulder
without a shadow a little...

LUMINA ASCULTĂ

Din fiecare strop de apă
răsări-va un copil
venit să înşele înşelarea.
Ecou.
Picură aripi deasupra
vocilor de călători
întoarse-n conturul de arbore.
Din nou eşti al tău. Cine te răpise?
Fructul oprit e viaţa.
Buzunar cu pietre.

LA LUCE ASCOLTA

Da ogni goccia d'acqua
spuntera un bambino
arrivato a ingannare l'inganno.
Eco.
Sgocciolano ali sopra
le voci dei viaggiatori
tornate nel contorno dell'albero.
Nuovamente sei tuo. Chi ti aveva rapito?
Il frutto vietato e la vita.
Tasca con sassi.

THE LIGHT LISTENS

From every drop of water
a child will rise
come to cheat the cheat.
Echo.
Drip wings over
the voices of the travelers
come back in the contour of a tree.
You are yourself again. Who had ravished you?
The forbidden fruit is the life.
Pocket with stones.

FORME

Cînd se culeg roadele pleacă păsările.
Cînd vin păsările se culeg roadele.
Hora niciodată nu îmbătrîneşte.

La mijloc sunt munţii şi deasupra
deasuprelor - e mijlocul munţilor,
ca forma durerii spre forma gîndirii.

Timpul ia asupră-i întrebările şi cugetul.

II

Nemurire. Obarşie a stelelor noastre.
Geografia istoriei aduce gnomi. Pe holoturii albastre,
coborîtor din două şiruri de împăraţi,
poporul e de-o varstă cu lumina.

Sub gorgane dorm regi.

III

Aici dumnezeul tărîmurilor s-a chemat omenie.
cineva
a venit să-l repare.

Soare al stelelor neînşelătoare !

Aici o istorie a geografiei învată să ştie.

IV

Puncte cardinale.
Zeu de singurătate.

Trupul tău s-a nascut cuget.

FORME

fantasticamente semplice
qualcuno
veniva a raccomodarlo.

Punti cardinali.
Dio di solitudine.

Il tuo corpo e nato pensiero.

SHAPES

When the harvest is gathered the birds leave.
When the birds come the harvest is gathered.
The round dance never gets old.

In the middle there are the mountains and above
of the aboves - there is the middle of the mountains,
as the shape of the pain towards the shape of the thought.

The time takes over itself the questions and the thought.

II

Immortality. Origin of our stars.
The geography of the history brings gnomes. On blue sea cucumbers
discending from two lines of emperors
the people is of the same age with the light.

Under the barrows the kings are sleeping.

III

Here the god of the realms is called humanity.
Any time he decaied, fraied out,
from this house
fantastically simple
somebody
has come to repair him.

Sun of the undeceiving stars!

Here a history of geography learns to know.

IV

All around the waters are running towards the eternity,
as the shape of the thought towards the shape of the pain.
They are dancing, on the plate of the equinoxes, hallucinating silences.
Here the future and the past go to sleep in flames.

Cardinal points.
God of solitude.

Your body was born as thought.

DUMNEZEU

Mergînd pe străzi, privirea cumpărase

din fiecare lucru cîte-o parte :
umbrare verzi, brăţări şi chiparoase
ca lacrima iubitelor din carte ;

vitrine mari, acoperind cu-atlazuri

mucegăiala sufletelor slute,
şi fărădelegi, şi intrigi, şi pervazuri
în care-au stat idile nencepute.

Copil venit din măguri şi viroage,

coroanele copacilor oceanici

Marchizele, verandele, costumul

de pantomimă-al feţelor confuze,
prin care-n zori se furişau ca fumul
madone reci, cu zîmbetul pe buze,

m-aplaudau...Superbul Gură-Casacă

plecat să facă lumea mai frumoasă,
cu cîteva iluzii într-o bască,
sub care-ncep păianjenii să coasă...

Prin smoalele asfaltului, cărunte,

vuia oraşul, - lacomă comoară -
îmi luau speranţa roua de pe frunte
şi te-am pierdut atunci întîia oară.

Pe urmă, rînd pe rînd...Din depărtarea

atîtor codrii tineri de hazarde,
ca doi străini pe care întîmplarea
i-a hărăzit aceleiaşi mansarde,

şi arlechinii mor in Bethleemuri.

Azi încărcat de clopote şi racle

ca o istorie domnească de zavistii,
încerc zadarnic strîmbele şperacle
în care mi-am rupt florile batistei.

Ori bat în van...Auzul tău mă lasă,

drumeţii-s recimansardele deşarte -
o ! cel puţin de-ar fi rămas frumoasă
prăpastia de dor ce ne desparte...

Încovoiat în el ca un ciorchine

pe ţîţele-ncălzitei nicovale,
prin basca ruptă plînge lîngă mine
superbul Gură-Cască în sandale.

Mireasmă vie-n ţeapa vremii boantă,

acoperă-mi-l lacrimă de Parce
şi-nchide-n mine, Doamne, ca-ntr-o plantă,
căinţa ta de-a nu te mai întoarce...

GOD

Walking in the streets, my eye
has bought from every thing a part:
green bowers, bracelets and tuberoses
like the tear of the book sweethearts;

large windows covering with satin
the mouldiness of the hideous souls,
and crimes, and plots, and frames
where idylls not yet begun were staying.

A child come from hills and ravines,
the crowns of the oceanic trees,
were kneeling under water to pray
with twin surplices, of scares.

I have been in temples,in prisons and in hospitals,
i have met solitudes and crimes.
Rare inscriptions from paradoxical worlds
were staining violins...And I have walked in cemeteris.

There were wailing on the lonely bones
lights of wax, priests and tramps.
With lithes of pure mornings -
white navels and nacked maenads.

The awnings, the verandahs, the suit
of pantomime of the confuse faces
through which at dawn were sliping as a smoke,
cold madonnas, with a smile on their lips,

all were applauding me...The superb Gaper
starting to make the world more beautiful
with a few illusions in a het,
under which the spiders begun to weave...

Through the pitches of asphalt, old,
the town was humming - greedy treasure -
the dew on my forehed took my hope
and I have lost you for the first time...

Then, successively...From the distance
of so many young woods of hazards,
like two strangers that by chance
were dwelling in the same attic,

we met on stairs, we passed by,
and, tired of my thoughts,
I did not tell you about the clouds or snows
spreading on my soul heaps of bundles.

It was a sunny day...Crowds
of people were looking in the air.
It seemed to me instead of them I saw flags,
arising as the threads in a hank.

And the core of the round riddles
took the appearance of oracles or trumpets.
And some balls came from nowhere,
and some flames took the town in their horns.

I looked for you under the hood of summer, -
I  was missing you so much!
You have no more lived there since many
years... The regret was dozing in the pegs.

And I have understood that the blue altitudes
will seem stranger to us,
You - isolated inside yourself as in a land,
Me - worn by time and doubts.

The loneliness has divided in two.
I have chased myself from each,
for the new rust would not reach me,
nor the bustle of the old fires.

We were separating...Oh, who is  asking still
of those who are no more living? of those who lived once?
The crowd is selling angels at the market
and the harlequins are dying in the hills.

Today overwhelmed of bells and coffins
like a princely story of rebellions,
I vainly try the crooked keys
that the flowers of my handkherchief has broken.

I knock in vain...Your hearing is leaving me,
the travellers are cold, the attics empty -
oh! if the abyss of desire separating us
would beautiful remained...

Bent in himself, like a bunch
on the teats of the worm anvil,
through the broken hat is crying near me
the superb Gaper in his sandals.

Vivid fragrance in the pointless stake of time,
cover him for me, tear of Fate
and close inside me, Lord, as in a plant,
your remorse of not coming  again.

FOARTE NOAPTE

Rănit între nori
soarele
îşi pune muntele
pe umeri ca o pleoapă.

Mi-aduc aminte trotuarele
doar...

Femeie apa.

Unde le
sunt urmelor ochii? N-apar
nicăieri.

Adevărat
înnoptăm uneori
într-un oraş pe care l-am uitat.

Îmi era foarte noapte...

VERY NIGHT

Wounded among the clouds
the sun
puts the mountin
on its shoulders as an eyelid.

I remember the pavements
only...

Woman the water.

Where are
the eyes of my footprints? They appear
nowhere.

It is true
we sometimes pass the night
in a forgotten town.

I was very night...

VASE DE JERTFĂ

1

Curgi,Dumnezeule, curgi infinit.

Din viitorul tău vin verzile nave.
Strămoşii mei, cînd te căutau în ceasloave,
simţeau că eşti, dar nu te-au găsit.

Urîţi ca rădăcinile urîte,

zgîriau schiţe pentru un Picasso cu un silex ;

Te ocolesc în zadar, gîndule ;
timpule în zadar te ascult.
Cu cât tu mă-nfăşuri în noapte,
cu-atât te tăgădui mai mult.

3

5

Craniul tău de piatră, în tortură,

zgîlţîie mîinile tale de cedru -
când au intrat în delir,
peste acoperişul lumii ( aduşi de spinări )
preoţii albi îşi luau vorbele îndărăt,
să fugă cu ele în braţe ;

Atunci -

te iau femeile-n basmale şi ajunse acasă,

închid uşile ; plîng ;

8

Curgi, Dumnezeule, curgi infinit !

VESSELS FOR SACRIFICE

1

Flow, God, eternaly flow.

From your future are coming the green ships.
My ancestors when were looking for you in the books
they felt that you are, but they have not found you.

Ugly like the ugly roots,

they were scratching draughts for one Picasso with a silex;
God, you do not imagine from how many wells they picked you up with their buckets
in order to water the warm-muzzled beasts.
When the water finished their face finished too.
The dream began.

2

Ancient beast, sealed silence,

agonizing like a faun in the day -
the pitchers arrived to you
spread the vergins' hair to hount in the trees.
All the sand cages are walking empty and in the morning they are no more.
I round you in vain thought;
time in vain I listen to you.
The more you wrap me in the night,
the more I deny you.

3

You are the living cave, the wonder,

the wind that is ripening in my wet fire
or from all these - only the shadow, only the despair
that I hear in the great sky.

From the lizards of the low eyes,

if I walk in despair and cold,
I fly below me and I call myself -
because I do not know what a death you hide.

4

God, you not even understood as far as

the man who you wander in Bethleem is killing you.
My ancestors are staying within you at the fire
and look in the mirrors to know you,

as the eyes of the sad lambs, stearing at a place,

walk drawing you in the grass blades.
But neither the one or the other have not clearly found what for you exist.

5

Your skull of stone, in torture,

is shaking, your hands of cedar
when they are in  delirium,
over the roof of the world
the white priests took their words back,
to run with them in their arms;
the pigeons around the pool have picked the seeds,
have been taken aim with the sling by the clockmaker's boy,
have been larded by the roman cook -
the seller of parables had come to find you
in the bars,
she was gropping blind,
the maker of kites had come to defend you
dressed with a shirt of wire
and the gardner from the seaside
who had but a leg,
who did not meet other people
and had not known any woman.

And in a market day

the fig tree has curled up in the sun
- but the Catch of the Man had no temple.

6

What wildly my lips hear you...

the first Christians have seen you, in their nights,
warrior, hairy
and holded you in their arms, as they were :
to cut your nails,
to speak deeply,
to give you eyes.

7

In the glass icons from my country

- ageless scretched -
you are sometimes very old, very strange,
your bony statue frightens me
and, weeping, not even the children in the lanes
come near you.

The ancients tell in the twilight

that you have something of a hidden man, who knows that he is powerful,
of a lonely traveler.

Although, in the spring, in the patter of the rains,

you seem unknown...
Then -

the women take you in their kerchiefs and coming home

they close the doors; cry;
they talk to the beasts in the stables
as at the second holy supper.

They love you without their husbands knowing.

With the milk in their teats,

with theit hips hot with your vision,
they call you
in a roaring frenzy.

But when they climb in the hay to cover you,

protecting their womb,
their teats are trembling through the string of the shirt
or they drop the tilt from their hand.
They have bare feet and dream you
as the gardner from the seaside imagined you.

8

Flow, God, eternaly flow!

As much as I should chase you away and hate
you are for those who have not found you.

UMBLET

WALKING

Fire enjoys the demons
water enjoys mysteries and creatures
air enjoys the music
earth - the sun, sun - us
we enjoy nothing.

Thin... my love...dust...

We enjoy nothing.

THE BLIND IN THE RIVER

With his heart in his horns, one is kicking against tears.
Another one trying to shoe the ether.
Then things get complicated and burn
all the convolutions of the light.
( First die the lilies...)
The desert is white,
white
white.

Maybe that was the last time I tried
to wake the spirits
to which I'm not a friend.

Beneath the waters is sleeping a blind.
